Earn a trip to Pirates Cove near Las Vegas, Nevada OR Buckhorn Ranch in the Rocky Mountains of Utah for a 3-day in-depth unrestricted private leadership retreat with Nu Skin's Team Elite members who will provide advanced leadership training not available in any other environment.  You will soak it up in these amazing Private Retreats created by some of the most successful Nu Skin Distributors. You will truly learn what it takes to become a Leader of Leaders.

Included in this promotion:

·       Round Trip Coach Class Airfare from your home to the closest Metropolitan city to the retreat venue chosen (may be exchanged for fuel reimbursement if distance is closer by car)

·       Ground transportation from the airport to Pirates Cove (Boulder, Nevada) or Buckhorn Ranch (Currant Creek, Utah)

·       3 Day 2 Night Leadership Training (Arrive Monday morning, depart Wednesday afternoon)

To participate in this 50K Promotion Challenge you must register at www.successsummit.us under the 50K Promotion, so that OTG can track your organizational volumes during the contest period.  The top 5 highest-ranking Distributorships by volume (GSV) in their paylines will win the 50K Challenge promotion. The winners’ names will be announced and recognized on stage during the October Global Convention OTG wrap-up held in Salt Lake City, Utah October 29th.

This exclusive Leadership Retreat will take place at the location that receives the highest number of votes from the 50K Promotion winners. Each winning distributorship will be given two choices of Team Elite Leaders to accompany them on their retreat and these selections will be announced at the end of the promotion. Majority Rules.

If for some reason the person who earned the Retreat cannot attend - the next person in line (with the next highest payline volume) will be awarded the event. Substitutions or transfers will not be permitted.



Complete Official Rules and Promotion Details
To attend the 50K Promotion Private Leadership Retreat  I must:
 
1.     Go to www.successsummit.us to register. Click on the 50K Promotion link.  Provide name and ID# so the OTG staff can track status, your vote for the Leadership Retreat location and your selection of the Team Elite member you would like to have participate in the Leadership Retreat
 
2.   Your Distributorship must have 3,000 GSV every month from March 2011 to September 2011.

3.     Must follow the ADR requirements of CORE- 200 PV shipped on or before the 5th of each month May 5th 2011 through September 5th 2011.
 
4.     Must attend Team Elite University May, June, July, or September 2011.  You must be present at the 2011 Nuskin Global Convention to win.
 
5.     Must have achieved 50,000 GSV IN YOUR PAY LINE (Ruby’s must hold 50,000  in 3 generations, Emerald’s within 4 generations, etc.) in a single month by September 30th, 2011 (Your Distributorship may not have more then 50,000 volume in your payline as of April 1, 2011)
 
6.     You must be a North American Market Distributorship (either a Canadian, USA or Mexican based distributorship)
 
7.     Your Distributorship must be no more than a PAID Ruby Executive on April 1, 2011 to participate in this promotion
 
8.     Only the top five (5) distributorships (by GSV in their paylines) will qualify to attend.
 
9.     Up to 3 team members (the top 2 leaders in your group) may accompany each of the winners for the second day of the 50K Promotion event**

These rules apply to any team members attending:
All Guests of Retreat Attendee may attend on one day of the Leadership Retreat. All travel and lodging will be provided by the Retreat Attendee or the Guest themselves. Only the top 5 Promotion Winners will receive lodging at the selected venue. Transportation to and from local hotel and retreat will be provided by each individual Guest or Attendee. Guests will be responsible to pay for their own airfare and hotel accommodations.

This is a One Team Global promotion. Nu Skin Enterprises is not affiliated in any way with this promotion. No single individual is liable or guarantees the awarding of this promotion. One Team Global reserves the right to withhold final approval of all prizewinners pending verification of compliance with the contest's Official Rules. One Team Global reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude, in its sole and absolute discretion, any individual or distributorship for any reason or for no reason at all, including without limitation, violation of any portion of these Official Rules, or tampering with or manipulating the Sales Compensation Plan in violation of the Distributor Policies and Procedures either during or after the contest.

All contest deadlines are subject to change without notice. The value of awards and prizes may be considered taxable income to the prize winners, and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Prizes and awards are nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash. One Team Global reserves the right to interpret the rules, prizes, and awards of the contest and all One Team Global decisions shall be final. One Team Global reserves the right to change contest rules in its sole discretion. In the event that any prize winner is a corporation, limited liability company or partnership, the prize shall be awarded to one person who is designated to receive the prize by said entity.

The contest is void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal/state/local laws and regulations. One Team Global reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Video or audio recording of Leadership Retreats is strictly prohibited by the Promotion Winners.

*Retreat Attendees may use all the amenities of the Leadership Retreat Venue only after reading and signing the Liability Release form provided.

** Guests of Leadership Retreat Winners (if selected) will attend this event at original Leadership Retreat Attendees expense.

You are prohibited from ordering more than a reasonable amount of inventory. By placing an order, you certify that you have sold or consumed at least 80 percent of your total inventory from previous orders.
